To reschedule an appointment notify us as soon as possible so another patient can be substituted. We need to ensure the student does not miss out on valuable clinical experiences. 24 hours is an absolute minimum to allow us to find a new patient for your timeslot but ideally more notice is given.

Hours of operation

All patient visits are strictly by pre-arranged appointments. Clinics operate only on weekdays during normal business hours and are closed on weekends and public holidays. Undergraduate student clinics operate during the normal university teaching periods from late February to early June and from mid-July to late October. Postgraduate student clinics continue seeing patients outside of these periods. Our Clinic Treatment Coordinators can respond to more detailed questions you may have.
